  1. I like the  2 one because it looks big and guinea pigs should have space to move around. The first one is not very good i have it and it is not  to big and it's over priced because it's meant  for ferrets and you are supposed to bye more pieces and connect them. The last one is good to although it seems to be a little bit smaller then the first one  but it does come with extra stuff and it's cheaper. So if you have extra money get the second one if not then get the last one.

i know you not to give you links but this one does not take up room i have it in my room beside my bed and my room is not big and you can make a second level to thats what im doing.

    good luck!

  3. the last one is the best gps cant and dont like to climb ramps

  4. I actually like the second one best.... and.... but hun,.... they are no good for guinea pigs.... seriously.. the C&C cages dont take up that much room... if you dont want a bigger gae, maybe a guinea pig is not for you... get a hamster

  5. Nope. All of those cages are WAY too small for guinea pigs. A single guinea pig needs about 7 - 8 square feet of space at the minimum. None of those cages are even close to that size. The first one is the biggest, but it's barely over 4 square feet. Putting a guinea pig in something that small is just cruel.

And yes, sometimes guinea pigs will climb levels, but not often, and levels don't really count as extra space.

C&C style cages aren't the only ones suitable for guinea pigs, but if you "don't have room" for one of them, then you DON'T HAVE ROOM for a guinea pig. So don't get one.

Have you considered just setting up a pen on top of a tarp and a fleece liner?

  6. You know, the best part about making your own cage, is that you can customize it to any size and shape you want.

These are all MUCH too small. With guinea pigs, the most important value is the floor space. The adequet floor space measures 36'x30'. The first cage has the most floor space, but it only measures to 32'x 22'. It also has rather a steep ramp. A piggy is prone to slipping and falling on steel ramps, as well as high levels. It does not look very safe. But these are worst case senarios, out of all those cages, the first is the best.

Do you have a guinea pig yet? If you are only planning on getting it, I suggest you want until you have space for a C&C. You cannot just give your pets substantial care, you should provide them with the best.

  7. No, all of those cages are much, much troo small. Guinea pigs need lots of room to run around and explore, and need a buddy. The size reccomendation for two guinea pigs is 2x4 sq. feet of cage room. The size for one is 2x3. :)

  8. I personally like the first one because i have one for my bunny, its good :] Yeah, i had a lot of guinea pigs and i think they climbed up ramps.

  9. 1st one

  10. The third one is the only one that looks suitable but it still appears to be too small. Why can't you make a C+C cage? Your guinea pig will be happier and healthier.

Guinea pigs can climb up ramps but they usually prefer to stay on one level.

  11. skip the cage and create a habitat with lotsa protection from weather & predators.

  12. i like 1st one the most the 3rd one is way too small

  13. get 2# and yes they can asd long as they are solid ramps.

  14. The third cage is the best but you will find that it will be a pain because your piggy will scatter the bedding because the tray isn't high enough.  The other cages are two small.  You should get a rabbit cage.  Not a wire floor one but one that has a high tray to contain the bedding.
