Are any of those companies cruelty-free?

Im a vegetarian, and i refuse to use and of the products that are tested on animals. so i would like to know are any of those company's products cruelty-free (not tested on animals):

nivea, miss sporty, sephora brand, pupa, garnier, bourjois?

i know about peta website, but most of those companis are not listed at all there. im interested in nivea the most, cuz i use a lot of their products.

  1. I know that Nivea does not test on animals. Sephora belongs to LVMH (Louis Vuitton Moet Hennessy), so it will follow the same policies as those of the group (which also owns a lot of other luxury brands). In the case of LVMH, they do not test on animals. Garnier is tested on animals. Never heard of the other 3.


  2. Nivea and Sephora  do NOT test on animals, Garnier DOES. And I would recommend calling the companies and asking them if they test on animals. Or you could just not use them at all.

  3. They all use animal testing. I don't see anything wrong with animal testing really. Animals don't feel pain like we do and they have short memory spans so a year of pain is the same as a few minutes of pain.

  5. The easiest way to find out about the particular company that your are interested in is to call them.  Everything that I buy has at the least a website listed on it and usually a phone number.
