Question:

Are any of your purchase decisions influenced by whether or not the product was tested on animals?

Animal testing is coming under heavy scrutiny these days because it has been found to be cruel to the animals and unsuccessful at predicting the results on humans. I wonder if people are changing their buying habits as they learn of products or companies who have their products tested on animals.

  1. I don't buy products that have been tested on animals because I'm against cruelty to animals and our dollars affect how industry responds.

  2. Absolutely!!! I will not buy products that have been tested on these helpless and innocent animals.  One of the biggest manufactures who conducts a lot of animal testing in Proctor and Gamble and I will not buy their products. I urge those who are not familiar with the testing of animals do some research because the truth of it is HORRID!!!!!  There are several great websites out there, check them out. http://www.uncaged.co.uk/pg.htm
