Are any women actually doing this?

A lot of people think McCain picked Palin partly because she's a woman and he wants the Hillary Clinton supporters. My question is, are any of you women who orignally were going to vote Democrat now voting for McCain because of his VP pick?

Some are. Since McCain named Palin as his VP he has gained 6 points in one poll and the lead in another. They have also raised 7 million dollars in the last two days. It appears as if she was a great addition to the ticket. Please check her out with an open mind...she is a great candidate.

Some of the democrats who were not going to vote at all are now voting for McCain.

Most are voting for McCain because of the way the DNC created this sham democracy.

Some are voting for McCain because Obama is too dangerous to be President.  His judgement can not be trusted.  He flip flops so much no one knows what he believes.

I don't doubt the pick had something to do with the women vote, but it also has to do with the conservative votes.

There are several reasons he picked Palin - to include her fight against big oil corruption in the government.

I will not vote for Obama.  My vote for McCain had more to do with I don't like Obama.

I like to know what I'm getting.......

No, but they're probably not voting for Obama because of the way he treated & cheated Hillary and is using her even now. Besides, the only reason his issues and policies are similar to hers, is because he copied her on all of them, however, the question is, once he's elected, will he really implement them? I think not.

no i'm voting for mccain because i hate obama, but there were people who were voting for Hillary because she is a woman just like some people are voting for obama because he is black. with those people it has nothing to do with the party if Hillary was a republican those same people would have been voting for her whether being democrats or not. A lot of people instead of doing research pick absurd reasons that have nothing to do with the kind of president the person would be like the person seems nice, they like the way they talk, their race, their gender and many more crazy reasons.

I think that unlike Obama...McCain has shown a great deal of respect toward all women by picking Palin. Although I was not a fan of Hillary; I honestly did think that Obama ignored, overlooked & mistreated Hillary and her 18 million supporters in a sexist fashion.

If I wore a bra; I think I would burn it now as a gesture to Hillary.
