Are apostrophes allowed in Minnesota personalized license plates?

I want to put one in mine, but I don't know if they're allowed.

So far as I know, the apostrophe is not allowed in a plate anywhere in Canada or the US.  All plates have to conform to the same recognizable standard, which is numbers and letters only.  The only symbol allowed is a hyphen.  In other words, you could have the following types of lettering:

GOOD 1 or GOOD-1

6 TEE 7 or 6-TEE-7

MYCAR, MY-CAR, or MY CAR

or ITSMINE or ITS MYN

etc,

You could not have IT'SMYN, no apostrohe allowed!
