Yes, the are usualyl prepared with Vegatable, or Peanut oil.

However they are often prepared in the same area, as meats.

So they will not be 100% free of meat by products.

And are not Kosher.

because most thing are cooked with chicken broth or were cooked in the same pan as meat for some stupid reason

all restaurants should have vegan options!

It's a good thing you asked this question, because asian noodles are actually made from tourist meat, which is why you can sometimes find bits of camera film in them.
