The general ones are pretty vague but I do find Susan Millers Astrology Zone pretty good. Once she said that Cancer is most likely to find a potential mate around the 13th of September and sure enough I did. It didn't last to long, but I did meet someone and they were a potential lover.

Astrological forecasts are very general and are rarely true. For true forecasts you must cosult an astrologer with your horoscope.

If you mean Sun Signs, no. It would be impossible for 12 general answers to be true of everyone in the world.

If you mean progressive charts, I tend to dismiss them. It is possible that a very skilled astrologer might be able to predict danger or windfall profits for an individual, but I find it doubtful. They would also have to know and understand everything you do leading up to the prediction and your reasons for doing it.

forecasts are not really meant to be read as fortune-telling...however, the better interpretations can give you a sense of how things are going i.e. TRENDS - whether they be good/bad/neutral

its more about the interpretations presented that can make all the difference.

but look around until you find the one that makes the most sense for you

Astrological forecasts are not real. That's because it's not possible to predict the future, you can guess it, but not accurately predict it. Horoscopes are a way out. An invention to replace the desperate desire to see what will happen futher on in life. Because unfortunately, there is no way. So no, I can't suggest which one you should read, because each one will say something different. Which in a way symbolises that you have so many options in life and to not rely on a short prediction some employee wrote.

If the time of your birth is true,  so will be the forecasts. There is nothing wrong in Astrology, it depends on the way it is used to predict.
