Technically no- their culture was pretty much washed out by the spanish Conquistadors who slaughtered, raped, and enslaved them.

But their anscestors are still around today- if that counts as being part Aztec...

yes, in one form or another. the mestizos retain indigenous elements and the indigenous nahua peoples of peubla and other areas are still living and still speaking the aztec nahuatl language.

There are many who can trace Aztec lineage but there culture has pretty much vanish.  There are, however, still over 6 million Mayan who practice their traditional culture.

Not exactly.  Their descendents, who are Mexicans.  The Aztecs actually called themselves mexicas  (pronounced may-shee-kas.)
