  1. the low salt/sugar ones are actually quite healthy. Unfortunately, they taste rotten.

  7. quite healthy in moderation. Good source of protein and fibre. Buy Heinz, or low fat ones, these contain less sugar and salt.

  10. Baked beans are loaded with protein and fiber.  If you keep it vegetarian, they are also low in fat.  They are also generally sweetened with brown sugar which is a little better than processed white sugar.

  16. beans are healthy but store bought baked bans in the can have far too much sugar.  the simple sugar intake for the day should be no more than 25% of the total carbohydrate intake.
