Are bald headed men more evolved than men with hair?

When it comes to the theory of evolution, the original man was smaller, walked slumped over, and it was hairy as h**l. When you go through the stages of evolution the man walks more upright, get taller, and loses hair. So if evolution is still taking place then are bald headed men the supreme stage of modern man?

Yes for two reasons.

1) less hairy

2) taller (he's taller than his hair)

I can say "more mutated". Actually a man with good hair has better chance to find a woman.

Evolution isn't linear, so you can't say more or less evolved.

Male-pattern baldness is a genetic trait on the X chromosome.  And so far, it has neither given advantage nor disadvantage to the carriers of the gene that I am aware.

One reason is in the past, men who were going bald didn't do so until AFTER children were born!  That and since its on the X chromosome, his maternal grandfather would need to be alive to have a guess if he was going to have that gene from his mother- something that didn't often happen.

Other mutations like hemophelia would usually kill the male carriers, and reduce its frequency until more modern times.  

Those who carried the sickle cell gene survived where those without died of malaria, and those who had 2 often suffered and died from sickle-cell, it was those who had only 1 of the 2 genes that survived, and keep blacks in equilibrium in terms of that gene's frequency.

Not only are bald headed men more evolved, they are better looking, smarter, better lovers; the list goes on.

Only bald headed geezers who are rich enough to own a porsche convertible.  This is the evolutionary niche that is filled by the species to attract more shallow minded females (who bear 6 young).  Survival of the fittest!
