Are banana chips baked?

I get mine from the store, "Sprouts" and I'm cureous. Because if they are fried I will be so sad..... *frowns* anyway I love them and was again, cureous. Do you know if they are baked or fried?

  1. Baked - dehydrated by baking. Dipped in a chemical to make them look nice and then dehydrated.


  2. They're dehydrated, so indulge!

  3. They could be either baked or fried.  If you see oil listed as an ingredient they are fried.
