Are bananas bad to eat when you're on a diet?

because i just ate one..if they are bad, what do you propose i do to burn it off?

  1. Bananas are fruit and fruit is good, but out of all the fruit they have more calories than others.. is still good calories though..

    The fruit that helps you loose more weight are red apples..

    You don't have to burn it off, you'll be fine..


  2. No fruit or vegetable is bad for you except ones deep fried and loaded with salt or covered in sugar. Any diet plan that would tell you other wise is not healthy!  

  3. Bananas are actually good when you are dieting. It will fill you up but give you nutrition. 1 banana is about 172 calories. About the same calories compared to 1 small bag of chips, however, you will feel fuller when you eat a banana.

  5. No, they are very healthy and a very good source of Potassium which is an important electrolyte found in the body that helps with cardiac activity.  

  6. Are you kidding?  Bananas are excellent for you.  Do you know anyone who has gotten fat from eating fruit.  Plus they make you feel full with a low amount of calories.  Eat all the bananas you want.

  10. all fruits and vegetables are the backbone to any good healthy diet.  They should be the primary food source with meats and carbs secondary.

  13. Diet means way of living, not something you do for a short time. I have no idea what kind of "diet" you are on, but anything that isn't life long isn't going to work.

    Bananas are very good for you, you should be eating them. Sugar from them is fine, the calories from them are amazingly great. Why do you think vegan diets work? they eat plants (which include fruits) and they are very thin people who live amazingly healthy lives.
