Are bed head products good for thick hair ?

Question

i have thick hair with split ends and i flat iron it almost every day.

can anyone name a couple hair products that can help me protect it from the heat and fix my damaged ends

I don't think there is a cure for dead ends after we damage our hair with products and irons. A good trim once and a while is probable the only way to keep hair healthy looking on the ends. Specially after using a hot iron.

I buy this stuff from Sally Beauty Supply called Beyond the Zone. They have a bunch of different stuff but my two favorites are Protein Cocktail and Split Mender.

The Split Mender is in a purple bottle and the protein one is in a yellow squirt bottle. The Protein Cocktail is amazing though, the underlayers of my hair get really dry from all the ironing and I spray that stuff in it right after I get out of the shower and my hair doesn't even feel dry. I'm sure they have heat protecting stuff too.
