If your in Ontario, then no. But don't lose hope. There are many breweries that are open and selling beer. If you happen to be close to downtown toronto, you have Steamwhistle, Amsterdam and a few others. Good luck.

Shouldn't you have bought your liqueur earlier.  I think that they will be because most of the stores in the USA are open on the fourth of July.  You also could probably borrow from one of your friends and pay them back later.

I guess our forefathers didn't run screaming from revolutionary militias to actually be allowed the right to buy a beer on Canada Day.

God bless the Queen... Does that mean I have to fight colonial wars against the French in Quebec and commit genocidal/quasi-apartheid actions against natives too? If so, I'm not going to Davis Inlet and I'm sorry I got born here. More sorry about the beer than the genocide, but nevertheless the optics are bad all around.
