Yes they are.  The only way to get one not custom made would be to buy a used one.  On a new one, even if you just went with the standard yaght, you still would need to pick the fabric design, and other things.

In a word, yes, sort of. They have several models from 30 meters and up, and some of the yacht is standard, lots of it is customized for the customer's taste.
