I'm just recently getting into them, and I hear much speculation that it could be bad for you in some way. I hear things like it opens up your 3rd eye naturally or effects your heart and can cause seizures. The last 2 I'm sure are true. But the first i'm actually more concerned about. Becuase that covers a bunch of things. Are binaural beats bad for you? What negative effects do they pose?

  1. What is that? Please explain.

  2. what are binaural beats?

  3. I've been using them almost daily for several years and haven't seen any negative side.  Sometimes they bring about revelations so gobsmacking that it takes a week or two for your belief system to adjust, and that's extremely challenging at the time...but those are still strongly positive in the long run.  I've pretty much stuck to tried and tested Monroe Institute binaurals - maybe random experimental homebrew frequencies have more destructive potential, I don't know.

  5. This 'technology' is not tested so I would use caution.  If you decide to use this stuff let someone know what you are doing so they can stop you if it gets odd.
