I have been doing alot of research on finding out information on hair products that would encourage healthy & thick hair growth. I have visited many websites such as longhaircareforum.com and many other websites trust me. I also looked up products other people have recommended like some dr. miracles products, DOO GRO mega thick growth oil, surge plus 14, yeah i wont make this too long. I understand that products work differently for everyone. Anyways i've been thinking about taking biotin pills to help my hair grow thicker, stronger and healthier. BUT , i'm 15 years old and i'm not sure if it is safe to take biotin pills. Is it safe for teenagers to take biotin pills? If not what harm will it do?

Thank you :)

(P.S i have shoulder length hair and my hair is relaxed, when my hair is wet it curls but dries sum what "natural looking" similar to an afro. I have been used to cutting my hair whenever i had new growth but now i want to have longer hair . Does this help? lol)

  1. Biotin, also known as vitamin H or B7- is just a vitamin. You can take 1-2 a day.
