My sister recently got one for Christmas and they are very usefull in organizing your appointments and family events such as birthdays and also is very good for texting and good voice quality  if you are planning to get one I would recommend it.

Blackberry phones are okay.  They are a little difficult to get used to, but when you do you won't want to be without one.
