Question:

Are black Obama supporters like the black OJ Simpson jurors?

They didn't care if OJ was guilty and they don't care if Obama is an empty suit not fit for prime time. He is a brother and that is all they need to know? They are willing to overlook everything else.

  1. And McCain.

Are you going to compare him to Hugh Hefner?

McCain is all about token choices.

Token trophy wife and now, token female running mate to draw in the women voters.

The first word that came to mind was "tokenism."

McCain's pick of Sarah Palin as his VP running mate simply reinforces his apparent obsession with beauty queens.

    Lame

  2. Well I suppose that if you assumed that all black Obama supporters did not care of OJ was actually guilty, then I suppose that is your opinion.  But to quell your obvious stereotypes I will say that I as an african american Obama supporter does not believe he is an empty suit.  However, I know just as many other people know that OJ did it.  It surely is not secret.  The only question is how can individuals like yourself tell the difference between the two.  One issue has nothing to do with the other but like many in this country, playing the race card seems to work for most.  Personally I find it disgraceful.  One thing people need to learn is to be open minded about both sides of the fence and certainly not pick any candidate on the basis of pure race.  That being said, I look at the interests and McCain and republican interests have been quite clear the past eight years.  Enough said on that.

  3. How ignorant you are. I won't waste my time explaining this to you because you have too much of a "red state mentality" to get it.

  4. I am afraid they are. Mindless Obamabots wandering through life completely lost.

  5. I have been on juries with back members and they do not vote to acquit because the defendant is black, but because of their experience with the police, they are less likely to believe  police testimony no matter what the race of the defendant.

You are mostly right  about Obama, but was called  group idenity politics when other ethic groups did it in the past, for example the Irish Catholics voting  for Kennedy by a huge majority.

  6. I've finally figured it out... Obama could sit down with people who don't like him and give a 10 hour power point presentation on every detail of every plan he has...

and you people would still say "you don't have any plans"... you just don't care about the facts anymore... he's put up huge online documents with all the details... talks about them in every speech for the past month...

yet, you still don't even care enough to listen...

you just repeat the same thing you heard about Obama on day one... and nothing else matters...

his current plans are much more detailed than McCains, MAINLY because he's countering this constant ignorance... yet you still say "what is his plan" and support McCain's total lack of plans...

  7. You can bet on it...and give 50 to 1 odds.

  8. I think there are alot of people voting for that reason. Just like there are people NOT voting for him for that reason. ITS WRONG. I'm not voting for him because of that whole empty suit not fit for prime time thing!

  9. Absolutely!!!

  10. exactly as any brother will help a borther against a honky anytime

  11. I don't personally believe that all black people are voting for Obama just because he's black, I think that would be a stereotype of some sort.

However, I do believe that the majority of black people line up with the values of the Democratic party period so it's not hard to see the huge bulk of them falling in line to vote for Obama. I think that most Americans vote for a president that best reflects them, and Obama knew to get where he wanted to go in political career, he had to assimilate himself into the black culture. So basically, he's been fooling people for many years now.
