Are black people allowed to Visit Argentina?

Are Black people allowed to visit Argentina. Because my best freind is black and i don't want him to be Shouted out at are hated on because of the color are of his skin i heard they were really mean and nasty to black people in Argetina.

I used to live in Argentina and it really depends where you go. If you are going to be in Buenos Aires, it won't be a big deal. There are tons of turists there and people from all over the place, so it is not uncommon to see a black person. However, if you plan to go out of the city, you may notice some dirty looks and glares, but probably no shouting.
