  1. They are not legal anywhere in the U.S. on street vehicles. Any type of alteration to any type of light on a vehicle is illegal unless it is specifically authorized by your state's DMV. This includes changing the color or light output of any light.

    they can't be what they sound like, you'd have to be a complete idiot to ask if you can drive at night with no headlights or taillights or turn signals.
