hi... blank glock jams all the time... the most i have had is 3 rounds without a jam... i tried 5 in the mag... fired 1... jam.... fixed, fired 2... jam again... and i had to get the bullets out with a knife... is that normal?? when the slide comes back... the shell gets caught in mid air before it fully gets out the chamber... so the next bullet cant be loaded.... again... it has fired 3 rounds properly... but no more... sometimes i have to lift the shell out after every shot... is this... normal for blank guns?

  1. I had a similar problem, the gun was perfect, the bullets were almost new. After analyzing the problem, finally I could understand what happened: the bullets were storage in a very humid environment, as a rain forest during some months. It toke me almost 10% jammed shots during a shooting training. It can't be normal what happened to you also, even with a blank gun, imagine if someone needs for self protection and it jams as it did.

  2. I don't know what's normal for blank guns, but what you're having is called a "stove pipe" which happens when the round you're firing isn't creating enough pressure to fully cycle the gun properly.

Is it a normally manufactured gun you're shooting blanks in or a replica made specifically for blanks? Lower pressure blanks can cause this problem in a standard pistol designed for real rounds. You might try a weaker recoil spring or better quality blanks.
