Are blue balls real or what?

Can this actually happen, like a guy's balls aching (or pain) from not getting enough "relief" or is it some excuse for s*x?

I've never actually had a guy try that on me but my boyfriend says his balls do ache sometimes when he goes a while without s*x and gets all worked up without having a chance to relieve himself.

Is that true?

I think it is a mass conspiracy... I think they pull all the guys together in gym class and teach them all sorts of guilt techniques to get a girl to sleep with them... Besides... if it does happen... they can take care of it them selves...

Its real, though not that common.

It is NOT caused by going a while without s*x.  You can have had s*x the day before and get it.

It IS caused by getting VERY worked up for a prolonged period of time and then no release.

Yea it happens, some guys worse than others.

It does hurt, but their balls aren't actually blue.

By the way, don't let a guy use this excuse on you to have s*x or give him head, he can finish the job himself if he's that worried.

if a guy gets aroused and teased for a very long time and doesn't get to "empty his load", it will cause a lot of pain and discomfort down there until he does relieve himself

but not from just abstaining from s*x
