blue eyes are recessive to green and brown eyes. green is dominent over blue and recessive over green and brown eyes are dominent over everything.  most likely brown is the most common, and green is more common than blue and blue is less common than both.

As for green, they come from the incomplete dominance of the brown gene over the blue one.
