Are braces sore? Please help?

am gettin braxes in december n am really worried about it:(

they are really sore the 1st week but after tht they don't hurt as much but you might want to eat soft foodssssssssssssss

they will take about a week and a half to get used to. and after that you will be fine. When they tighten them it will be uncomfortable and youll just have to east slow. Dont worry they arent that bad and if they really bug you put some "Oragel" on your gums and it will numb the pain. Really you have nothing to worry about its not too bad.

Expect some soreness in the beginning & when they get adjusted.  Just look down the road at how beautiful you will look when it's all over!  Good luck!

Yepp, It's going to be sore for the first week or so, just b sure to stick with a soft food diet :)

I have braces and they are sooo sore for the first week...it may feel like ur teeth are gona fall out but they arn't they are just moving back in the place they are suppose to be! Just stick to soft foods for the first week and then u wont no u have them!!GOOD LUCK!
