Are bran flakes safe for my gerbils?

we have some bran flakes in the cupboard that nobody likes. I was wondering if i could feed them to my gerbils occasionally as a treat?

Any cereal that isn't sugared is a  good, safe treat. They will love it!

They would be fine. I have three rats and they absolutely LOVE cornflakes!

I think I got them abit addicted! :) lol
