Are bright lips in fashion??? (pic included!)

sheer lips r really a part of the 21st century but with all the hollywood glamour comming back, i'm figuring a modern twist on bright lips is bright glossy lips like these!!

I think you need to be careful if you plan to make your lips stand out. Are your lips narrow or unpronounced? Glossing them up may make you look like you're trying to compensate for them, and can make you look either like a poser or someone with confidence issues.

On the other hand, if they're large and puffy, making them glossy may get you unwanted attention and have many people think you are trying to draw attention to them. It'd be like you're a walking advertisement for fellatio. Unless you plan on kissing every stranger you meet.

I bet your lips are beautiful as is. Show them off after a fresh application of fruit-flavored chapstick and impress people by being yourself, girl! Why make them look like they're slippery after a bout in the bathroom stall?

personaly, i think light colored, thin lips are s**y.

i dont like the big, bright lips. thats kind of preppy.

I think the bright glossy lips are gorgeous but if you were to have them then i'd definatly play down on the rest of your makeup as in neutral not overbearing colours for the eyes.But bright pinks and oranges are definatly fun for summer!

if bright lips suit you then use them, but some people are just not suited for such lips...whether they are in style or not, you should first really consider what will look good on you and not just wear/use things that are very trendy right now...consider your body shape, face, color, etc...

Very pretty. They say bright lipstick brings out the real you. And if u don't think its fashion, try it on walk around some places, showing it off and in about 2 days everyone will be wearing it too. Trust me
