Are brodie k***s, or suicide k***s legal in california?

NOPE! 100% against the law. I'm  a big big big fan of them myself and have had one in every car I've ever owned. Now, they ARE ILLEGAL but it's like window tint, it really comes down to the cop that's pulled you over. I've had them for years and have been pulled over many times for speeding, I have a really heavy foot, anyway, as I mentioned above I have ALWAYS had on my wheel, just as I have always had limo tint, a custom sound system and monitors installed in-dash and I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN ! TICKET FOR ANY OF IT. I have been warned plenty. Almost, every cop will mention that it's not legal to have this or that on my car but has never written out either a real or even a fix-it ticket. So anyway, it is illegal but most cops will let it slide but it's still a roll of the dice about getting busted or not.
