no, they are not the same. In McDonald's AT LEAST one person usually speaks English...

no they are an entity on their own and sometimes there are BKs in areas where there are no McDonalds so they cant be all rejects and they are usually in towns where there are Universities and so staff are students  ...but I do see the logic..

Hardly.  Fast food seems like a rough business.  Those guys work their butts off.

There is so little difference between these two categories they may well be interchangeable. I don't think either one could be considered rejects.

not neccessarily, and it's not nice to make fun of people because of their jobs, some people have to do what they have to do and are not as privelidged as others

probably not. Burget King employees are a cut above - they can make it "your way" whereas McDonalds employees look permanently confused.
