Are cairo universities better than Indonesia universities?

Question

I'm going to study medicine soon but I'm not sure which overseas country should I go to pursue it. Can you please tell me which country has good universities,affordable ones and good facilities?

indonesian ones are better than cairo ones.  but malaysian ones are better than the 2.  i suppose you wouldnt consider non-muslim countries.  iran is also good.
