  1. not really, they add sugar, have you realized how they taste sweeter than regular peaches and pears? And they use maraschino cherries, they're soaked in syrup

    TINNED FRUITS ARE CANNED IN PRESERVATIVES, YOU JUST NEED TO PICK THE HEALTHY OPTION!

    FOR EXAMPLE PINAPPLE CANNED IN SYRUP WILL BE ALOT MORE UNHEALTHY THAN PINEAPPLE PRESERVED IN ITS OWN JUICE!!

    It's better to eat fresh fruit.

    Anything in a can is not good for you really.

    They also contain a little extra sugar but they are still good for you.

  6. Make sure you choose the kind that isn't packed in syrup.  Usually they're the "lite" type and are packed in pear juice, etc.  They're A LOT better for you than the ones packed in syrup.

  12. Canned fruits are cooked (all canned food is cooked) and that makes them a little less healthy.  Plus, they might have more sugar in them than fresh fruit.

    Get the kind in light syrup if you can.  There are also "no sugar added" canned fruit.  Instead of syrup, they use artificial sweetener.  I personally don't think artificial sweeteners are healthy, but you might think otherwise.

    I buy fresh fruit, because there's usually always something on sale at a really good price.  (Right now peaches are a good one.)

    When you take everything into account, fresh fruit seems like a better deal.

  16. Bad boy- UNTRUE? only some do, and wich they will say on the outside. but if you just get a regular canned fruit you'll be fine and they're healthy.
