Are cans of compressed air safe on electric componants

because when 'i'm doing a bloww-job the surface becomes wet, then it eventually evaporates

the cans of compressed air actually is good for computers- especially when they are full of dust.  If the components are wet, i would recommend taking out the parts that are wet and let them air dry.  also, don't spray the can continuously, but spray in increments and kind of whisk it instead of holding it in one spot.   If it's wet, you could also use a hair dryer.
