  1. Vitamin A which is found in abundance in carrots promotes good eye health and eyesight. That's why people say to eat carrots for good eyesight.


  2. Well, it's actually the beta carotene found in carrots that is good for your eyes. But the other vitamins don't hurt any either.

    Not a myth, it's true.  

  3. They are good for your eyes but they don’t help you see in the dark. The see in the dark thing was made up by the Brits in WW2 to try and cover for the invention of radar
