Are cell phones allowed in the Molson Amphitheatre?

I heard that cameras, video and audio aren't allowed inside the Molson Amphitheatre, so are cell phones included?

What's the reason for the cell phone, if you are going to use it to record anything, the reproduction is terrible at best, and if you are expecting to talk to somebody, the sound in the amphitheater will be loud enough you will not be able to carry on a conversation. So enjoy the show!

According to the Live Nation website, all video and audio recording devices are prohibited.  Since cell phones can be used for both purposes, I would assume they are included on the banned list.  After all, do you really think they're going to hold up the line just so you can prove that your phone doesn't have these capabilities?  Why take the chance?  Leave the phone at home and it won't be a problem or become the property of Live Nation.
