  1. Yes, The Europeans have the vast majority of the worlds cases of rhesus negative blood, with the Basque people having the highest incidence of all, about 30%. You hardly ever see rhesus negative blood other than in Europeans.

    Most native Americans are type O, Europeans are more commonly type A, and type B becomes more common as you move into Asia.

    This link has a list of ethnic groups and their blood group frequencies. I'm guessing types A and O are the ones that evolved first, as you never see B alleles in Aborigines.

    Rhesus (RH)+ is found in 85% of humans, whereas RH- is only in 15% of the world's population!

    What is interesting, is that almost 100% of RH- is found in Caucasians, and RH- is also found in Neanderthals!

    This just makes you want to go Hmmmmmmm.....

  3. Do not know ,but was informed that O pos live far longer as a group than any other blood type

  4. R negative is more prevalent among Northern Europeans, especially with blond hair.
