Cigars are smoked by many cultures.....just take a look at the people  where the majority of cigars are produced.

They certainly are not white people......they are tan people.

Anyone who smokes looks out of place now! I don't consider it related to any ethnicity. My Father-in-Law is Hispanic and he looks very cool smoking a stogie!
