Are cockatiels loud if there is a pair of them?

im going to have them hang around my room, will they make too much noise

yes they are noisy . we have had three and they drowned out the tv a couple of times and I re homed them to my sister who has an outside aviary and they are now very happy . their hapiness was more important to me than mine .

Yeah they can be noisey mainly early morning and late evening.

no there normally quite but do chatter a bit. some sing to eachother
