  4. According to the Kellogg's website, yes they are. Although you would probably get more nutritional benefit from eating the box. ;)

  7. im sure its only rice and cocoa, sugar and chemicals gluten is from wheat and grains NOT ANIMALS

    you'll find additives and most additives come from animal product.
