I need something to help with my driving. My eyesight's not bad but I think I need something to help me when I'm out on the road.

What I'm asking is, I really don't want glasses so how much would contact lenses cost me?

Please help!

  1. I wear monthly disposables from dolland and aitcheson, have done for years and they are fantastic.  Only cost about £7 a month.

  2. no my dear i use them all the time in uk

  3. Around twenty pounds a month. I tried my first contacts recently and found that glasses suit me better!

  4. not realy, they range from £10 - £30 a month

i have ones you use for 30 days trhen thow away, and its aa direct bebit of £6  a month which is priotty good

then solutuions £4, but that last for a month or 2

  5. depends where you go, how you wear them

I use daily disposables, around £20 for 2 months of lens (92 I think)

but I don't use them every day.. I use them when wearing glasses is silly or dangerous (eg playing sports). you do need a prescription and a contact lens eye test.

if all you are worried about is driving.. go get some glasses, they are easy to use, easy to take off when you dont need them.

theres no need to be worried about others comments

  6. No, I use them and they're great

  7. Hi,

I don't find contact lenses expensive at all.

You can sign up for a direct debit which works out to about £13 a month and then they send you your contacts every three months or so.

A pair of glasses costs over £100 so works out to the same price really!
