Converse are light, and parkour is running, which needs energy and lightness...so yes.

yes ive seen my friends use them for parkour and tricking. very light and easy to move in shoes. however after a long amount of usage the grip maybe worn out (takes about year or 2 of intense usage) but if u use speed over grip shouldn't be a problem.

no they have no grip and bad soles so no they are one on the worst shoes for parkour use trainers with big heel room and good grip =]
