Are crackers good with blue cheese?

What kinds and what else can I spread it on to make it good? I am a big fan of bleu cheese and will eat it alone ha weird but I love it so much.

I also am a big fan of bleu cheese, Roquefort being my favorite...and it is excellent on crackers....some of the triscuits and wheat thins have interesting flavors that add to the enjoyment, but just a plain wheat cracker is also good...Enjoy...Another way to enjoy blue cheese is to mix a little olive oil and balsamic vinegar together, pour over a nice green salad and sprinkle crumbled bleu cheese over that...yummy!!

  4. If you like blue cheese try Stilton.  It's blue cheese from Britain.  The king of cheeses.

  5. I'm also a blue cheese lover.  I put it on crackers, In pasta, on salads.  It is very versatile.  Use it in place of mayo to add a kick, or the crumbles in hot pasta in place of Parmesan.
