Yes... Cruise ship romance happens all the time.

It is a BIG rule not to sleep with the guests, But it does happen.

I was working on the MS. Noordam,  I met a very nice lady who was a passenger.

  We are now married.

I'm sure it happens, but I don't know when they find the time.  They get very little time off from work.

Yes they are allowed.  There is a lot of cruise ship romance going on.

Relations with guests however is strictly forbidden.

I don't know why people think people who work on cruise ships work 20 hours a day...I worked between 3 and 8 hours a day on average...occasionally you'd have the 10-12 hour day but that was rare.
