  1. For what? making you have stronger abs, crunches.

    For losing tummy fat? neither because you can't spot remove fat.

    In generally crunches are better, lower stress on the back, and just about the same amount of workout.


  2. Whatever you feel more resistance in. Remeber quality no quantity. Some people don't even do abs its all in the nutrition. Eating healthy foods. Cut out Junk foods. I haven't done abs in a year and I still have an eight pack.

  3. I just had this question answered for me, the personal trainer says that all the sit ups in the world won't help if you have a layer of fat covering them. Cardio is what you should be doing.
