  1. Man i wish they choke! I would love to brag to my friends about how the cubs missed the playoffs! I sure hope they choke!

  2. Do you think that history will repeat itself? Either way, I can still live with that. Simply because the longer you wait for something the better you will enjoy it when it arrives. Secondly, IF history repeats itself that would also mean that A. The Brewers will not go to the post-season and B. There will always be next year.

I know that any Cub hater reading this is actually infuriated inside and just wants to give me a thumbs down and report me. Well guess what? I am waiting for them.

  3. even if they choke & don't get in it will never be the biggest ever. can't compete w/ the Mets

  4. theres 162 games in a season. EVERY team is going to lose 6 in a row at some point. and the cardinals are not gonna get in. they are something like 7 games back of the wild card and 11 games back of the division approximately. the brewers and cubs are the 2 surest things that will make the playoffs in the NL whether the cubs win the division and the brewers win the wild card or vice-versa.

  5. I don't think so, the Cubs are headed for the playoffs.  I am not a Cubs fan but the reality of their position right now is strong enough that they will be difficult to take out.

  6. All teams have their slumps.......its  just not the right time for them to be in one.  I dont see the Cardinals being a threat as they have one of the worst bull pens in baseball.

  7. They still have the best record in the NL despite the losing streak.  There is no way they miss the playoffs.  I just hope they're healthy going into the playoffs.  If they are, they will be very hard to beat.

  8. i love how just because a team is on a losing streak people automatically think there gonna miss the playoffs

  9. miss the playoffs? maybe not. win the wold series? i doubt it. highly doubt it. i don't like the cubs :P

  10. the ghost of Steve Bartman still haunts Wrigley Field.

  11. yes but anything can happen. the mets got eliminated in the last game of the season for their stupid gameplan of taking it soft in september last year.

  12. they are living one big 100 year choke job
