Are customized PT Cruisers investments? Do they go up in value?

If you buy a new one and customize it-do they automatically go up in value? Can you profit from them? I mean-they are such a customizable car you could style it any way

Don't let anybody make you think that a custom pee pee cruiser is an investment.... If you customize it the only person who will find it more valuable is YOU!

Customize a car and it goes down in value, unless you are lucky and find the right buyer.

Cars are never good investments.  Wear and tear lower its value from the time it leaves the lot.

Customized things are never good investments either.  Everybody has a different opinion of what the like.  Being custom you are pretty likely to be the only one who would do it just like that.
