Oh yeah definetly! You still see pictures of them talking and hanging out. I mean they went through Dale Sr.'s death together and were teammates and they've had a close relationship since they were supporting each other in 2001

Mikey sure spoke out against Scrub on Trackside Live after the Richmond incident as if it were his mother that was wrecked. They always speak highly of each other in the media, so who knows.

They used to be.  I haven't heard of them hanging out lately but I am sure they still are friends.

I think they used to be but I'm pretty sure there has been some tension between them in recent years but nonetheless I think they are still friends just probably not as close friends as they used to be.

Waltrip is very good at not saying the wrong things. I'm pretty sure after Dale took out Michael at Charlotte years ago, things between them are only as friendly as they need to be. I don't see them exchanging christmas cards. If anyone remembers correctly, Waltrip was the guy that showed Dale how to make the high line work.
