Are death cards in a tarot reading really bad?

i had a reading with emma king recently and got one of them but she didnt even mention it

They mostly signify changes that are coming up in yur life. I would not worry too much. I read tarots and it does not only stand for death! In fact it rarely stands for death. If the rest of your reading was quite positive then you have nothing to worry about

No. A death card generally means a change. Not necessarily bad, not necessarily good. The meaning will mean something more specific based on the other cards that appeared in the reading.

No no no, that is a good card, it means rebirth, new life in some way. Maybe she didn't mention it because she explained it in conjunction with the cards around it.

I have a tarot card deck and it had said that death can mean many things and that when the card is placed upside down it has the opposite meaning, EX: right side up death of a bad relationship or anything in life that is old and the change is new, upside down, can mean growing stronger.

It is a card of transition & change, so on its own it could mean anything. What the question was & its positions would be of value also.

If you find that the psychic uses the tarot as a stepping stone to their Clairvoyance then it would be even more irrelevant as it would simply take her to another place.

No it can mean a transformation, like the death card could mean the end of a relationship or job situation.

It can mean a physical death if its in combination with other cards.
