Are degrees from universities in the United States recognized in Mexico?

I have a Bachelor's degree in Management with a Global Business emphasis from the University of Minnesota-Morris and was curious as to how this degree would be perceived by potential Mexican employers should I get a work permit there.

Do Mexican companies recognize degrees granted by foreign universities? Assuming I continue to learn Spanish and reach the level of fluency, would I be a competitive job candidate?

The reason I ask is that my girlfriend is Mexican and I am curious as to what my career opportunities there would be should be if we choose to marry and then reside in Mexico.

Yes mostly all degrees from american universities are accepted specially in private companies...the most important thing is that you speak fluent spanish, as english is your mother tongue they will wellcome you easily. Working for goverment institutions would be little hard as they obviously will give preferences to mexicans but as i told you before in private companies you will find job..
