Are digital cameras cheaper in hong kong?

I'm want to buy a digital camera and I am going to Hong Kong for my work in a couple of weeks. Will it be cheaper to buy a camera in Hong Kong than it is to buy in London? Will the power work when I get back?

Make sure that the factory warranty is not exclusive to Hong Kong since you need an overseas warranty that covers the U.S. You are planning to use the camera in the U.S.?
