Are distilled monoglycrides halal??

My friend is Muslim and there are some ingredients that are forbidden for her. She wants to know if distilled monoglycrides are halal. Monoglycrides are not halal but she wants to know if the distilled part makes a difference.

I'm pretty sure that it doesn't make a difference even if the monoglycerides are distilled or not. They are not halal in any way, shape, or form.
